What do they do:
Faction Leaders
-Lead their Faction
-Represent their Faction when in meetings with Admin and the other Faction Leaders
-Set the example for their Faction
-Moderate all posting on their Faction Grounds
-Make sure their Faction follows the rules
-Keep track of their Factions points and report them to Admin every night
-Write up the Plot Line and Plot Schedule created by the Faction if they win in the Point System
-There will be one Faction Leader per every 10 Faction members
-Encourage people to join their faction

What don't they do:
-Give points, they just keep track of them
-Force people into their Faction
-Overexert their moderating abilities
-Administer punishment and discipline, that's Admin's job
-Kick people out of their Faction without consulting Admin, if a person gets kicked out of their Faction they come Factionless, if you get kicked out of Factionless your off the site

How to become a Faction Leader:
-Be in good standing with the pack and your Faction
-Be active
-Post well and often
-Follow the pack rules
-Be respectful to others
-Be elected for nomination by your Faction
-Be approved by Admin

Faction Leaders can lose their postion by:
-Not following the rules
-Being absent for a considerable period of time without notice (Longer than 10 days)
-Exhibiting poor leadership abilities
-Lacks the responsibility needed for the job
-Lying about points, which results in their account getting banned
-Getting banned in general
-An overwhelming majority of the Faction doesn't like you, your leadership, etc
